    Tom Coleman is a qualified Health Scientist and holds an Honours Degree in Health Promotion & Public Health. Tom has spent over a decade consulting and working with elite teams, coaches, and blue-chip multinationals in aspects of Sleep, Fatigue and Health. Tom has worked with high-level wearable technology developed by the US military to accurately analyse fatigue. His clients include Conor McGregor, PayPal, eBay, Coca Cola, Pfizer and many others.

    Tom has contributed to research on Sleep in corporate Ireland, sitting on an expert panel in 2018 along with other experts like Prof. Russell Foster from Oxford University. Tom is a valued contributor to national media on Sleep, and spends much of his time speaking, and advocating on the importance of Sleep.

    Tyler Rice is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of the Digital Wellness Institute. As a leading digital wellness innovator, Tyler’s work focuses on designing new tools, training, and data measurements to drive awareness of the importance of digital wellbeing for enterprise clients. Motivated to fill this need from his own feelings of digital burnout in a fast-paced corporate environment, Tyler completed coursework through Stanford’s “Idea 2 Market” business incubator - and is in the midst of receiving his Master’s Degree in Public Administration and Social Innovation at NYU - to design solutions that promote human flourishing. He has presented at Cisco’s Annual Tech Conference and Collision North America, and his written work has been published by the Global Network of Workplace Wellbeing Professionals.
